These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the Hybec Air website and your purchase and use of products and services offered through the website.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the policies referred to herein.

Warranty & Disclaimer

Warranty Period

All fans: Covered under a 3-year warranty for the motor and a 1-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty is applicable only under proper usage and stands void under the following conditions:

• Incorrect or improper installation.
• Installation or usage in damp, wet, or outdoor environments (unless specified).
• Use of incompatible regulators, dimmers, or simultaneous control systems with remote-operated fans.
• Damage due to mishandling, negligence, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
• Breakage of components such as blades, motor housing, or decorative elements not caused by manufacturing defects.
• Electrical damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or use with alternative power sources (inverters, solar systems, UPS, generators, etc.).
• Use of fan with incompatible automation systems or dimmers for speed control.
• Repairs, servicing, or alterations carried out by unauthorised personnel.
• Variations in colour, finish deterioration, paint peeling, or rusting caused by environmental exposure such as humidity, coastal conditions, or improper maintenance practices.
• Remotes, controllers, and batteries are not covered under warranty.
• Absence of valid proof of purchase.

Service & Support

Hybec Air reserves the right to determine the applicability of warranty.

Under valid warranty claims, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.

If on-site service is not feasible, the product must be securely packaged and sent to the authorised service centre. Assistance for logistics may be provided.

Warranty Disclaimer

Hybec Air shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage arising from product use.

All consignments dispatched by Hybec Air will be sent through the company’s designated courier

partners via surface mode, free of cost.

Dispatches requested through alternative courier services or transport channels, as specified by the

client, will be arranged at an additional cost.

Any shipment requiring expedited delivery via air courier will be chargeable.

• Minor manufacturing or finish variations may occur.

2. Prices, Taxes & Offers

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges and other applicable charges will be displayed during the purchase process. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and validity periods. Hybec Air reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, product or promotional errors. Where an order has been placed due to a significant pricing or listing error, Hybec Air may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

When you place an order, you request to purchase the selected product. Hybec Air may accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, incorrect customer information, suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, or delivery restrictions. Payments are processed through the payment methods and authorised payment providers available on the website. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete the transaction. Customers should follow Hybec Air’s installation instructions and use qualified/authorised installation services where recommended. Damage resulting from improper, incorrect or unauthorised installation may not be covered under warranty by Hybec Air.

6. Product Care

Customers should follow the operating, cleaning and maintenance instructions supplied with the product. Harsh chemicals, excessive moisture or abrasive materials should not be used where they may damage the product.

All Hybec Air trademarks, logos, product images, videos, graphics, designs, text and website content are owned by or licensed to Hybec Air/J N Lighting India LLP. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The website may contain links or integrations provided by third parties. Hybec Air does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of independent third-party websites or services.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Hybec Air makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current website information. However, minor variations may occur in product images, colours, specifications and availability. Hybec Air shall not be responsible for delays or losses resulting from circumstances reasonably beyond its control.
