Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at Sales@hybecfans.net or calling +91 97417 12999. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may still request a return as per our Returns policy. For pre-paid orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5–7 working days after cancellation confirmation. No cash refunds will be issued.
